Volunteer contract time frame: Begin April 15, 2026 and expected to remain on-site through October 15, 2026. Maintenance - Industrial Electrician

Washington’s Port of the Year is experiencing unprecedented growth. We are seeking an experienced industrial electrician to join our Port maintenance & repair crew. Duties include: analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting plant instrumentation, VFD, soft starts, PLC’s and motors, mobile and fixed equipment, and lighting and wiring in varied Port facilities; day-to-day electrical maintenance; ensuring proper operating parameters, techniques and safety objectives are maintained.

We need a self-starter who is a strong team player with excellent customer service skills. 5+ years related work experience is desired. Must be able to understand and support industrial work safety rules. A Washington 01 Electrical License or reciprocal is required.

Our Industrial Electricians work 12-hour rotating shifts. The day shift rate is $56.41 per hour with 30% shift premium for night shift plus overtime pay after 8 hours. You will be a member of a bargaining unit.
